The site is back up. There are no dues posted for next year.

Not sure when this was posted but I saw it in the notifications.

"Annual Dues Statement Advance Notice
Your 2024 Annual Dues Statement will be posted online on or after December 18, 2023. The due date to make your Annual Dues payment in full is January 15, 2024."
