DVC webite difficulties

Is anyone else having a problem logging into their dvc account ? I cannot get the username or password prompt to show up on my screen. I called DVC customer service and they walked me through the process and could not understand why this was happening. They told me to contact my web server(comcast). The comcast rep was able to get the prompt but was puzzled as to why it was not showing up on my computer. I did register about 2 months ago and logged in at that time without any problems . Any help in this matter would be appreciated..

I just tried it and everything worked fine for me.

Could it be any of your browser settings? Do you have any other software (Virus protection, etc.) that might possibly be trapping part of the display?

Do you know how to review source code? Check that to see if the code to make the boxes is actually there (thus it's your browser not display it, or other software on your end). If the source code for the boxes is missing, then it's outside of your house, either Disney or your ISP.

Are you being asked to reregister and enter your pin?
