DVC UPH discount vs. DC discount on PAP

Has anyone bought a PAP through DC recently? I am trying to verify that they charged me the right price. I was thinking that I should receive $20 off per pass. However, the price they charged me was $489+tax for an adult. That appears to be the same price as the advance purchase on the disneyworld.com website, which MouseSavers claims has no discount for APs. Did I get cheated out of the DC discount?

Also, I am looking at passes for other family members for a trip later this year. Is the only DVC ticket discount the 10% on UPH?

The only DVC ticket discount for the four major parks is the 10% on the UPH (length of stay) passes.

The regular price for a PAP is $520.79 (including tax). The price with the Disney Club discount is $499.49 (including tax). So you were charged the full price for your adult PAP (tax is now 6.5%).

As far as I know, there is no advance purchase discount for annual passes. The only discount available is through the Disney Club. When you buy over the phone from Disney Club, you are charged a $3/order mailing charge.
