I have used the DVC Tracker for a few years now and I have a problem I am hoping that someone can steer me in the right direction. I upgraded to windows 7 from vista. I have the program in the windows old section and I can find my back-ups. Each time I try to use the program it thinks that this is a new computer. I try moving the back up to the new folder and no luck. I would even load a fresh program and put in all my reservations from scratch, but I can't even do that. I really like the program and any help would be appreciated.

Can't help you, but I am also interested in a possible fix as I am thinking of upgrading from vista also. Yikes, can't imagine not having my DVC Tracker.

Don't be to worried. I realized I messed up the transfer process when I made the switch. But I thought that since I had the files backed up it would not be a problem, thats where I messed up.

Disneynutz thanks for the suggestion. I have just done that. I could not find a email address on the subscriber section. I also did not realize that someone still helped since Bill's passing.

... it is giving me an error when I try to enter a new reservation. Something like runtime error 339 component richtx32.ocx or one of its dependecies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Any suggestions. I tried a simple reinstall w/o deling the old one?
