DVC tour

I am a member and this coming trip, my brother is tagging along. He'd like to take a tour and see if DVC is for him. We'll be staying at VWL. I have seen the little podium there in the lobby, but don't remember ever seeing anyone at it. Where would he go to arrange a tour if no one is there? Where is it that they have models to see, SSR? I'm sorry, I just can't remember. We never did a tour. Thanks for any info you can share!

There is a special in-room number that you can call to arrange a tour. The information in your room will have that number.

When we were there on my points with my mom she signed up for the tour in the lobby. We both got gifts for her taking the tour. Make sure you sign up with a person at a kiosk so that you can ask about anything special they might give you both as incentive!! She got a gift and I got a gift for having her go! have fun!!

If you just want to see the models, members and their guests can view the models between 5:00 & 7:00 each day. Appointment not required.
