How long does the DVC tour take? We are considering purchasing a DVC resort. We are not flying out until 7:20pm on our last day. Would that be a good day to do the tour? We are staying at BWV and will not have a car.

About 30 to 50 mins depending on how much detail you want to go into.

Yes that day would be fine. They will pick you up and drop you off anywhere on sight as well.

If you need a referral ( Discount going on now ) let me know via PM

Very low pressure and they stuff if you have kids.

Since you'll be at the BWV, you can talk to the DVC rep in the lobby entrance and arrange for the most convenient time and day for you. A minibus will pick you up and take you back to the BWV, so transportation won't be a problem.
Hope you enjoy the tour!

30 to 90 minutes, Good luck on your decision.

We did the tour on Thanksgiving morning. Since we were staying at SSR, we skipped the tour and talked more about about how many points we might need and how it all works. Took about 1 hr. Kids had fun, one watch tv and the other played CARS on PS2. When we were done, they took us in a van over to AK, and it was great with those VIP passes. Expedition Everest & the Safari were a great way to use them.

Came home on Friday, mulled it over, called our rep asked a couple more questions, then put the deposit down today. :cool1: .

How exciting! Congratulations!!!!!
Did you use a referral? What use year did you get?

We went with an October use year, as we will probably go down most Thanksgivings(that is Sun b4 to Friday) from now until doomsday. You pm'ed me about a referral, I would have taken you up on that offer, if my DH hadn't found one at work!

Good deal! My guide said they were still on October use year, but I saw someone else said December.
Good to hear! And Congrats again!

Our guide told us today, we could either go with an October or December UY. He actually recommended October for us.
