Hi folks,
is there any chance to make the DVC tour with a german speaking employee?
Because my english is to bad for such a extensive decision.

I would call them and ask. It would surprise me if they couldn't find some way to do it.

Herzlich Wilkommen!!! I will try and find the old thread I posted on to help another German poster. It was also helpful to someone purchasing from Belgium, as the major difference is the financing and down payment options. :)

well, apparently 'search feature' is not working for me at all anymore. If you can search, the posters were Renate_do and Ghost.

If I recall, by purchasing directly from Disney the downpayment is much larger (I believe 30%) and financing was at a much higher interest rate.

Ghost and I both bought resale contracts.

Also, I would suspect that they would NOT allow a guide to do the whole tour in German, in particular the financial portion of the tour. As this would leave them open to liability if something was translated incorrectly by a well meaning guide.....

I also went to try and find the list of guides as I don't recall a German name on the list, but can't find that thread either....

Maybe you could get one of the young people who work in the Germany pavilion at EPCOT to come along on the tour and act as an interpreter. Just a thought.:)
