DVC Tour and Current Promotion

Coworker was just there three weeks ago. Spouse had to be present. Got 3 fp for each person in the family and one$100 gift card. Were also offered matching points, one time only, if they signed on the spot for purchase of 150 points or more. Picked up at beach club and delivered to mk gates. I don't know how long it took but less than 2 hours total. I don't remember which resort they toured, but it wasn't copper creek or poly.

Do you have to buy to get the FP and GC? Cause I wanna do the in person tour; do they still offer anything for the phone tour as well?
