DVC tote bag

We recieved word that our deed was recorded on 6/1. In our membership packet we recieved the SSR mounted drawing, and it said we would recieve a DVC Tote bag. Should we contact our guide or member services to remind them? Nancy

You people should be happy with whatever you're getting - back when we closed in 2000, all we got was a very cheap tote white canvas tote bag! Alll the decent DVC gifty stuff we have (the nice blue/fake leather backpack, etc) I had to pick up on eBay!!!!

You people should be happy with whatever you're getting - back when we closed in 2000, all we got was a very cheap tote white canvas tote bag! Alll the decent DVC gifty stuff we have (the nice blue/fake leather backpack, etc) I had to pick up on eBay!!!!

I've recently bought from two different timeshare resale companies....one, I received a really nice guide, backpack, snowglobe, pin, liscense plate,sticker and very nice thank you letter ( not a form letter either), the other company, nada, nothing, not even a thanks!!!

Yep - I bought my resale through TTS late last year and nothing. I was a little disappointed, however, the service otherwise was excellent.

Wow! We just bought a timeshare-got a call last night that we closed, so we officially own it. She didn't say we'd be getting anything, but she did say thanks. But now you can bet I'll be watching the mail for the next few days!

I spoke to my guide last week about the FReebie bag when we signed because we had not gotten it yet. he said thet DVC was in the middle of changing from a backpack to a beach bag whatever that is. He also said that they were backordered and to expect them at a later date.

btw, IMO, I don't think that is really saying anything "bad" about anyone. I would say the "other" place was just giving extras out.
