You'll get the same discount as Engineers, Pilots, Salesclerks, Chefs, etc. Nothing. Sorry.

"Teacher perk" is the discount you get at S&D for weekends, so you can save your DVC points for Sun-Thurs!

Nope, and points per night tend to be the most expensive during school breaks.

BTW - We've used the teacher discount at S/D and I still felt like it cost too much for a non-Disney owned resort. I'd rather have been at a Disney moderate for the same price.
