How does the DVC site reflect your points and memberships when you purchase 2 contracts with different use years. I seem to recall someone saying that both show up in the same log in screen. Is that the case and if so, how easy is it to see the whole picture of all memberships?

With different Use Years you will have two separate membership numbers. If they have been titled the same they should be viewable under the same DVCmember.com login.

It is very easy to view details of all memberships on the same screen. We currently have 3 separate memberships and have had four in the past all with different Use Years and all easily viewable on the same screen.

Enjoy! :)

Our Sept and Dec use years show up in a drop down box when we go to the member site. I have to choose one or the other.

Interesting - I can see a summary for all three accounts on the same page opened to the current Use Year. If I want to view a different Use Year, I need to select the link for each membership I want to view but the summary, along with all upcoming reservations, all appear on the same page without a drop down box. It was basically the same format before the new website.

This is one of the most confusing issues with viewing points when there are different use years, different member numbers and different methods of purchase.
FOR EXAMPLE
My wife and I have a membership with my youngest son and his wife at OKW and AKV (September use year) and another membership just the wife and me at BWV (August use year). I can see both of these with a single log in (Both purchased through Disney) I purchased OKW (October use year) directly from my son (not through a broker) and that is a third membership number and I must use a different log in to make transactions for that account. So, as usual, there is no explaining how or why DVC does things with members.:confused3

Is the resale titled with both you and your wife? I can understand the first two being on the same page (sort of) since they were at least direct purchases, but if the third one has both you and your spouse on the deed, I'd think that one could/should be on the same page too.

Inconsistency seems to be a core principle with Disney.

I have four contracts total with 2 different use years. I have one log in to my account. When I look at my membership, all my accounts will be on one screen. When I look at my vacations, I will need to toggle between the two accounts. Still very easy to manage. :goodvibes

I have the same UY for all 20something contracts. My wish is that the site would display the resort associated with each subcontract. Maybe keep all like resorts together. It would make things much easier. The way they are numbered, they are not even in chronological order of acquisition.

With two member numbers, when I go onto the site now the first page after signing in shows one of my member numbers and its upcoming vacations, total points for current and next use year, and annual dues still unpaid (we have monthly withdrawal), and I can select from a drop down window my other member number and go to the same type of page for it.

If I go to Vacation Points or Annual Dues from the first page, I get a page showing both member numbers and total amounts. If I go to reserve or to Vacation Center I again get one and can switch to the other. As noted above you still need to check each subcontract for points for each resort if your particular member number has more than one resort. It is fairly easy to use even for those of us who are electronically challenged. Our contracts are all in the same names.
