Yeah, all morning. I also noticed Alexa "can't find Christmas music" this morning... so thought maybe there's a wider internet outage connection. DCL and WDW sites seem to be working fine.
DVC site seems good for me now. MDE still won't load my plans on the web.....app is fine.
ETA: In this case it was not DVC / Disney's site. I imagine they took multiple components off line when the AWS outage hit and it can take time to bring every back online.
