DVC Site Maintenance

I know this won't happen - but I kind wish the looky-loos would wait and let those of us with whose 11/7 month windows opened in the last 3 days get it first. We'll pass it on if there are any changes.

Realize this is like asking everyone on a plane not to stand up so those with connections can deplane first. It never works - at least not in the US.

Waited 100 days for my resale contract then another couple weeks for my 7 month window to open so I can book my first week at WDW in Feb. Now stuck looking at this loading screen for another day.
No longer feeling like an even playing field when some people can get in and some of us can't.

I was finally able to log in. I was excited to see some availability using the 60 day tool on the main page. When I went in to "Book a Vacation" the availability disappeared. I went back and populated the 60 day availability again and, sure enough, it was still showing a lot of availability that wasn't there....or is it?!

The 60 day tool is pretty much useless as it is not live availability. It updates once/week so even when it first gets posted it's possible to already be outdated info.

The 60-day "tool" is meaningless. It is NOT real-time ... but a snapshot taken and then posted on the appropriate page.

Well from a customer perspective, the 2 days downtime seems to have been time well spent……..

I wouldn't hold my breath More than likely it was just a migration of some sort, but time will tell! My 2 memberships come up reversed now so SOMETHING was done lol

It feels slightly faster (???) and it didn't log me out after 3 minutes.... Maybe I won't need to use some back door link to get it.
That's about it.

Still not able to sign in to my DVC account from the DL site to add my DVC status to that profile. MS can't do it either. I waited 2 hours on hold with DL last week then gave up.

I've never been able to get my DVC to display on the DL site either but it did actually link somehow and I got the discounts when mobile ordering (you can test this out doing a fake mobile order).

I was able to get in and make a reservation today. I’m not sure what changed…must have been back end or maybe an upgrade for the support side for when we call cast members.

I was really hoping for some type of surprise lol
