I worked with Lori at www.dvcsales.com back in 2017 on a resale BWV contract. She was easy to talk to over the phone and email. Very responsive and nice. I made an offer through their online account and appreciated how you could track the process in the online account. I had the offer accepted on the BWV contract, but it was taken in ROFR so I can't tell you how it was to work with them or their title company any further in the process. She called me immediately after the contract was taken in ROFR and sounded appropriately sad for me. She asked if there were any other listings they had that I wanted to put an offer on, but didn't pressure me in any way even when I said the backup BWV contract I was looking at was with another broker. I did actually put an offer in that day on the other broker's BWV contract. That one passed ROFR, but some very unprofessional things occurred with that broker and I wished the whole time the first contract had worked out so I was still with Lori's shop. I spoke to Lori again earlier this year (2019) about an OKW contract my friend was considering purchasing and again I found her very pleasant to work with. Lori answered all the questions my friend had but was too scared to call or email directly to ask herself. Lori didn't pressure me to have my friend call instead and didn't try to get me to give her my friend's contact information. So, I would recommend them!
I just used them in July and had a good experience. I liked how everything was automated. I submitted my offer and heard back immediately from the Seller with a counteroffer, and a few hours later received notification that my documents had been sent out for ROFR.
I worked with them in 2017 as well. In fact I recall TexasChick being in the rofr thread with me at the time. We went through rofr and were onto closing when the seller started playing games. Dvc sales attempted to help us, even dropped most or all of their commission to try and make it go through. While ultimately that seller cost us the contract, the ability to now be real members with a 25 point add-on, I know the broker bent over backwards to try and help initially.
Back in 2017 if you purchased resale and added on with 25 direct points, you became a full DVC member with all the perks. I was unaware until after I put in a new offer recently that the rules changed since then. The minimum was changed to 75 points and now apparently 100. So I will never get a blue card now since the perks do not justify the premium.
