Bring your confirmation #, photo ID, DVC card and my best advice is to check in at one of the DVC resorts around 7pm. You'll stand in a much shorter line than if you wait to check in at the park!

At the resort? We're staying at PVB. So at the regular Poly front desk, or concierge, or with the DVC rep there?

"would you like the Special Transportation that is being offered", so yes. If you want to take the bus you can. Or if you have a car you can.

I am beyond upset. I have been calling since 8:50 (when the line opened), was forced to hang up twice, and now I cant get through. Im so disappointed. I am now at work and cant keep calling or stay on hold.

After an hour, 100 redial attempts, and 30 minutes on hold, I finally was able to book 4 adults for Sept 27th! Yay!!!

What is the "special transportation" some people are mentioning? I was just told that buses would be running??

I called at 9:30, got busy signal and called back only twice to finally be put on hold. I was on hold for 28 minutes. It was "interesting" b/c they didn't ask for my member number which I was sure to have on hand... but I had to spell my first and last name 7 times before she found me in the books (her words). I was able to get a reservation for 4 people on 9/22. I am not staying on points for this trip and won't be at a DVC resort and that wasn't an issue. she did state we should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to event and they were letting people in as early at 7pm.

I believe either front desk or concierge will be able to get your party checked-in. If you're going to require bus transportation, they should have that noted on your reservation too!
