If something was wrong such as the room wasn't cleaned yet, then management would correct the situation by either getting you another room or having the room immediately cleaned.
If you just didn't like the room because you didn't like the view, or it was a long way from the elevator or something like that, but there was nothing wrong with the actual room itesef, then there would be a change-room fee you would have to pay if you wanted a different room.
If you didn't like the 2nd room, then there'd be another fee to go to a 3rd room.
This is the policy. It makes no difference whether you are actual
DVC owners or renters. It's the same for everyone.
