DVC Room for 5 Adults?

Hi!
I'm thinking about renting DVC points for a Disney World vacation in summer 2018. There will be 5 adults: me and my husband, my parents, and my older brother. Are there any resorts with 1-bedroom rooms that could accommodate all 5 of us?
I stayed in a 2-bedroom at Saratoga Springs in May and know that we would fit in that room type, but we would rather go for a 1-bedroom if possible to save money. We were hoping to stay at Beach Club, but not sure if we would all fit. Would my 6 ft tall brother be able to fit on one of the sleeper chairs? Thanks!!

A 1-bedroom at AKL Kidani or BLT would probably work best for your group. Those have a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and a single sleeper chair. But the main thing is it has two full bathrooms which, for five adults, would probably be best!

The 1BR at BCV has a king bed and a sleeper sofa, no chair. No bed or bedding is provided for the 5th guest.

You will be better off at AKV, BLT or OKW, who offer sleep surfaces for 5 in the 1BR units.

For this group I'd either do 2 studios or a cheaper 2 BR. That way you have more resort options and aren't tied to certain ones. Of the 1 BR, I'd only do AKV, OKW or BLT and best at BLT or AKV Kidani because of the 2 Baths. A value 2 BR at AKV won't be much more than a 1 BR standard. You'd just need to find someone to work with to book it at 11 months out.
