Do I as a DVC Member get any discounts to other resorts on Disney Property? Even non-DVC resorts?

DVC discounts are only on DVC villas. 25% off of rack rate, when it is available. It's not always available.

Yes, you can't get a DVC discount through DRC. You have to call MS.
