DVC Resorts with the most open amenities during Covid

Which DVC resorts have the most things open ie restaurants, stores, pools during Covid?

I think this is easily Riviera as everything was open when we were there a few weeks ago from what I could tell.

Riviera, Saratoga and OKW.

Note that even when we say "open," many of the eateries are on limited menus, though.
