So you can sit around for 19 days waiting for the MK and AK to open.
Now I wonder if you cancel those reservations in the in between time, are your points going to holding? I’m not affected, but curious. So you can sit around for 19 days waiting for the MK and AK to open.
I wonder if some kind of soft opening for DVC?So you can sit around for 19 days waiting for the MK and AK to open.
I was thinking the same thing. He actually mentioned soft openings in the presentation. What better group to use for soft openings than DVC members.I wonder if some kind of soft opening for DVC?
Yep, that's what I thought, too.I was thinking the same thing. He actually mentioned soft openings in the presentation. What better group to use for soft openings than DVC members.
They could assign certain resorts to certain parks on select days. That way they could really control attendance. They might even make entrance free for being test subjects during that time.Yep, that's what I thought, too.
I was part of the timed entry for the opening of GE for resort visitors at DL and that worked *so* well. (We were there the first week it opened). In retrospect it was the best time to be there by far. They could definitely implement something like that. They could assign certain resorts to certain parks on select days. That way they could really control attendance. They might even make entrance free for being test subjects during that time.
No, and the Villas at Grand California and Aulani were conspicuously missing in the resorts discussion.Any word on Disneyland, CA?
Yes, but there certainly was a very vocal group who said they didn't care if the parks were open. They wanted the resorts open . They got their wish. Now I fully expect to see many posts from those with reservations between 6/22 and 7/11 who don't want to go without open parks and want/expect concessions when they cancel because of that.So you can sit around for 19 days waiting for the MK and AK to open.
The gov of CA said recently that theme parks could open at phase 3 and the gov of HI still has in place a required 14 day quarantine on arrival. No, and the Villas at Grand California and Aulani were conspicuously missing in the resorts discussion.
