DVC Resort Stay for MLKJ's Day Weekend

I think I was quite unclear in my post. My apologies. We want to stay at resorts we have not stayed at before, but we will be going to the parks. I think we currently have park reservations (may not be needed now after the announcement) for MK on the 12th, DHS on the 13th, MK on the 14th, and EPCOT on the 15th. Let me know if that changes your suggestions. Thank you!

BWV/BCV would be great, because you can walk/boat/Skyliner to Epcot and DHS from either one, and taking the bus to MK isn't bad at all.

VGF would mean taking the monorail/boat to MK, monorail to Epcot, and bus to DHS. You might be able to walk to MK by January - the VGF-MK walkway is closed now for refurbing the GF buildings, don't know when it will reopen. And the VGF Deluxe studios (not Resort studios) have 2 showers for getting ready in the morning. I'm not sure about availability for VGF Deluxe studios in January, but you could waitlist both VGF and BWV if neither was available at 7 months.

My bad I read as resort only stay from title when it doesn’t say that lol

Honestly no, I’d lean more toward bwv though. Buses at ssr were not bad for our spring break trip in march, but hard to beat walking to Epcot and boat to dhs.

I am definitely leaning towards trying to book BWV for our January trip. Plus we will have gone to every park (some multiple times) in August, so the parks our boys want to go to may eventually change. While I love MK, my middle loves Star Wars (he's loved it since age 2 and would ask to turn on Return of the Jedi every morning before I left for work) so that means DHS. My oldest loves science and animals, so EPCOT and AK seem like obvious matches. My youngest loves Pluto and the other classic characters, so we can make that work in the various parks. It's something I will have to talk to the wife about. Thanks again!
