DVC Resort Academy Awards – Category: Best Views

Vote for the DVC resort(s) which, in your personal opinion, should win in the category of “Best Views”.

I have excluded the two offsite DVC resorts from consideration in this poll. I would suggest voting for your top one to three choices in this category, and then optionally adding a reply outlining your vote and the reason(s) behind your vote.

My top three choices would be:

1) BLT
2) BWV
3) VGC

2) BWV - both canal and bw-view
3) AKV - animals

BWV, but only if you get a boardwalk view.

If not, then SSR and OKW tie for relaxing, water views and golf course views.

BLT has fabulous lake/MK views. VCG will have incredible views of California Adventure.

I voted
1) OKW. It has a great balcony. You have a large enough table to sit and enjoy the view.
2) AKV. This was a conditional vote. We had a very large balcony and seeing the animals was so cool but the points to get a savannah view, ouch!!

The BWV is pretty nice. I loved the Boardwalk view and the action going on the below.

My top three choices would be:

1) BLT
2) BWV
3) VGC

BLT for it's unsurpassable panoramic views of Bay Lake, Seven Seas Lagoon, and the MK.

BWV for the fantastic boardwalk view rooms.

VGC for the views of DCA and DTD.

AKV would be my 4th choice with the Savanna view rooms.

OKW and SSR have some good water/gardnen views.

VWL and BCV don't have very great views.

AKV Savannah view.
BLT the lake and MK views look wonderful from the pictures we see.
SSR I haven't stayed in a villa with the DTD view, but when we swam at the pool in Congress Park, I thought that view was stunning. Maybe the balloon detracts from it now, but still, I also voted for SSR for the DTD view.

I voted only for 2, Vero not being a choice. I prefer natural views, like the ones from OKW, AKV and Vero.

BLT I'll do once, MK view just to experience it, I have a fear of heights and highrises aren't for me. The BW view doesn't do it for me. As far as AKV, I won't do it unless I can get the savanna.

I voted for AKV! SV is really awesome. I also like SSR DTD view, and BWV BW view would be awesome.

I voted for my beloved Boardwalk.

The boardwalk view can't be beat, and the standard view is actually quite nice.

However, you guys have me pumped about staying with a Savannah view in January! Jambo!

Animal Kingdom Villas for me. I just love the idea of being out on the balcony and seeing the animals.

Love, love, love the view of the Boardwalk! I haven't exp AKV savanah view yet but I'm sure it's amazing, and I saw the pics of the "MK view" from the 4the floor of the BLT and am hardpressed to want to stay there!

AKV Savannah view - beauty, exotic and entertainment
SSR (If I can pick a certain location - Grandstand golfcourse view stunned me with the beauty of the composition of elements, SSR landscaping, golf course, river to OKW with boats, matuire trees in the background. My first stay was in Springs, pleasant views of other buildings, but not great...)
BLT - to see the castle or other resorts.. It's the views that Disney sold everytime I used to take a boat or monorail from TTC to MK.
