DVC reservations: What time can you make a reservation for 11 and 7 month DVC window? 8:00a EST?

Good morning. What time can you make a reservation for 11 and 7 month DVC window? My understanding is 8:00a EST but sometimes "Disney" windows for other reservations open earlier than the stated policy. Thank you!

Yes, 8am for online reservations and 9am for phone reservations. You cannot book any earlier. Enjoy!
