DVC reservation 1BR vs 2BD

My husband and I are making an offer on two contracts for BCV and OKW. My question is how strict is DVC with making reservations in a 1 BR vs 2BR. We are a family of 6 but my 4 children are all under the age of 4. The youngest(twins) are still in cribs and there is no need for us to have a second BR at this time. I would be so disappointed if I don't purchase enough points because we would obviously have to use many more points if we are forced into a 2BR with each visit. I really appreciate any feedback.
