GMAC is often mentioned as well, with mostly positive, but somewhat mixed results.

We used www.dvcbyresale.com.

I usually see BCV listed for $85-$95 per point.

I along with many others have used Jaki Apetz and **** ***** at ********** for buying and selling our points. They have been selling DVC for 15 years and are very knowledgable about the product and the process. Check out their website. www.**********.com

If you are looking for a specific contract I'd suggest to get on their list because sometimes contracts come and go without hitting a website.

We had a good experience with them when we bought in January '06.

We had a great experience with them when we sold our Vero contract a year or so ago. Shontell is great to work with and took good care of us.

Here are some recent transactions for the Timeshare Store, Inc.®

1) 270 BCV sold on 6/30 at $84 per point with buyer paying closing costs and seller paying 2009 dues. Buyer received points from 2009 and 2010.

2) 150 BCV sold on 6/28 at $84 per point with buyer paying closing costs and seller paying 2009 dues. Points were not coming until 2010.

3) 100 BCV sold on 6/28 at $85 per point with buyer paying closing costs and buyer paying 2009 dues. Buyer received points from 2009 and 2010.

We are in the process of purchasing 175 BCV points thru Jaki/Ken for $83 a point. The contract is not stripped, and has already passed ROFR.
