DVC resale ? Update: We're in!!

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question on the resale. Talked to our guide today. December points we first discussed were gone, but they did have October. We ended up with 150 points, October use year VWL. We went through Disney, so it was 84 a point, but all 150 for 2003 were available. They allowed us to bank 75 into 2004, and there are 75 that we need to use by the end of September. Our trip isn't until November, so we can't use them there, but I'm sure we'll figure something out. Waiting on the paperwork now__Can't wait to be official!!!!!!
