Carole at Timeshare Resales USA had the best and fastest response to me, not much selection on her site, but she works well with other brokers and found me a great deal. Jeffrey Sweet was the closing attorney and his assistant Melissa has been super about keeping me up to date and answering all my questions.

I am in the same boat. Just made an offer today for BLT, they said it would be mid April close. What will it look like then to get a 2 bedroom villa at BLT for early Sept?

Probably not great at BLT. You can probably get something elsewhere, especially if you split stay.

Yes, but IMO, it will be hard to find someone willing to do that.

I think you could rent something, then when your points come, you rent your points to recoup the money.
