DVC resale money...when?

Hi,

DVCers who have used TTS:

When do you send the money? When you sign the contract? Or after ROFR has passed?

Is there an intial deposit while you wait on either?

I got mine through another resaler but we sent a check for a deposit and wired the rest after ROFR.

We went through TTS and the process was the same. I believe we sent a 20% deposit with the offer. That's held in escrow until closing. Then, after ROFR, we received a package of paperwork from the closing agent which included the exact total to close. The closing funds have to be certified, so we also wired those funds.
