DVC Resale - Gold AP

Just looking for clarity, I know I will not get discounted DVC rates for the AP with a resale contract however, do you get access to the Gold pass at full price?

I believe (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) that Gold AP passes are only available to direct DVC members or Florida residents only. Resale members would not be able to purchase the Gold pass.

The Gold Pass level is a special pass level only available to FL Residents or DVC Members that have purchased direct or resale prior to April 4, 2016.
