DVC Renters!!!

Just wanted to make a brief statement!!!!

My wife and I are not DVC members(hope to be someday...I'm changing careers this summer and hope to start a family soon after) However, we've been renting from this board for the last 2 -3 years (honeymoon and 1st anniversary...and going back next week Feb 21-25) I just wanted to comment on how GREAT everyone is and has been!!! Very cordial , pleasant, and courteuos!! Thank You!!

Very often things do not always appear to be what they seem.....not here!!

Just wanted to add that we just returned yesterday from renting DVC points at the Boardwalk. It was a WONDERFUL way to spend the vacation. Our renters were fabulous and I think we were easy to work with also. I really think this is a great idea if you want to get nice accomodations in great locations.

We also had a great experience the time we rented. So great that we joined DVC a few monthes afterward. These are the most helpful boards.

We've rented from DVC members the last 4 years and are truly grateful. NEVER had a problem from ANY of the people we rented from. It gave us an opportunity to stay at BCV etc. which if you rented through Disney would have cost us triple the money spent. I would just like to say THANKYOU ALL DVC renters for opening up your "home" for the rest of us.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you rent points? I would love to rent from a DVC member. We (me, my DH, and my two DD's 14 and 9) are planning on staying 8 nights in July (19-27). This is our first time to WDW!!!Thanks!

There is DVC Rent/Trade Board w/a couple of fact type posts on the front end. That should get you started on the "how to rent" quest.
