DVC Rental

Hi, can anybody tell me if they have used **********. They are a U.S. based company that rents DVC points to you at $13 a point. We want to spend the last 4 days of our Feb 09 trip at OKW or BWV and I just cannot seem to get to grips with the DVC rental forum on this site and therefore do not feel confident enough to carry out a transaction although I know a lot of people do it successfully. Any comments would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, Simon. As the name of the firm has been blocked, it's safe to assume that it's has been banned by the DIS for some reason. That's not to say you wouldn't be safe to use them - it could have happened for a number of reasons.

There is a UK DVC forum. You'd be renting from a UK owner and there are none of the complicated posting processes to contend with. I assume you're located in the UK?

$13 per point is a little steep, I suppose you get a little more piece of mind for that. I have rented out points on the main board and found it to have been a (relatively) painless process.
