DVC Rental Store Now Paying Members $18 Per Point

Probably lots of renters ahead of her in their queue. Don't they maintain pending list by date request/deposit is received?

Dave's waitlist is not a pecking order waitlist it is set up to match total number of points a DVC member has to the renter wanting points. It is designed to ensure DVC members use as many points they want to rent as possible. Dave's has waitlists galore and is very short of points right now for the 11-7 month timeframe.

I tried renting 2 Poly studios through Dave's from Jan 1-7, 2023 and was waitlisted. We were on the waitlist from Feb 1 to end of March when Dave's reached out to us to let us know the rooms were no longer available because Marathon Weekenders started taking the back half of our trip. Luckily I am a DVC owner (just not enough points for two families) I knew the VGF Studio Resorts just came online so we pivoted to those and were waitlisted there for about 2 weeks until someone came along with 210 VGF points to get us 2 Resort Studios at VGF through Dave's. You are only allowed to be on one waitlist at Dave's at a time.
