DVC contracts you can find online from those who often do rentals, including because there are a number of things you need to think through to make sure they are covered such as timing of payment, whether the tenant can or cannot get money back if the tenant cancels or the resort shuts down because of a health problem, the lack of daily service, that the tenant is prohibited from asking for an upgrade to larger or better view room room at check-in (if granted the member would actually be charged the extra points for that upgrade), and other things.
