DVC question?????

We are staying at the BWV. I booked the room for 2 people. The last few days of our trip and friend of ours might come up from the south to hang out with us. My question is do i need to tell them about her coming?It is not in stone that she would be coming but it could happen. We are leaving in 6 days just didnt know what kind of notice they need, thanks for any help

You don't have to tell them until you know she's coming -- could even be the same day. The only real reasons to let them know is so that she'll have a resort ID/key and so she'll be in the hotel register if someone tried to call her. If you have the chance, you might mention at check-in that someone may be joining you later in the week.

Just mention it to the front desk CM when you check in.

If you want your friend to have a room key and/or a parking pass, then go down to the front desk after she arrives. Can't imagine it wil be a problem.
