Yes, all perks are the same as other WDW resort guests. They are WDW resorts just like any other.

All you would need to do is present your WDW resort room key if anyone asks...

But you are not entitled to any DVC member perks if you compensated the member for your stay or if you reserved the villa through Disney Reservation Center or you got a trade through RCI.

So no pool hopping.
