DVC question

I am looking into purchasing points this year and was wondering if anyone can answer a couple of questions! Are there discounts on Dining and Theme Park tickets as well as any other benefit of becoming a member besides lodging?

There is currently a $100 discount on annual passes, and some small discounts on some restaurants.

I would advise taking any of the perks into consideration when making your decision. They change frequently, and none of them are guaranteed in the contract. The only thing you're actually buying is the lodging, other perks and discounts come and go at Disney's whim. They don't have to give us any at all.

I agree with Lynne. I think she meant to say she would advise against purchasing based on the perks because they are constantly changin and never the same, even from quarter to quarter.

Thank you both! We are looking to purchase because we love Disney and love to vacation there. I was just wondering if there were any other perks. The perks would would just be a plus, but not a deal breaker. Have a great week!
