I know that tickets are nonrefundable / nontransferable, but what about the vouchers? I don't want to miss out on the deal. I'm also not entirely sure that I'll be able to activate it by January 2015.

What I understand is that the deadline is for exchange the voucher for an actual AP. If you can't make it before the deadline, you can use what you paid toward a new AP at regular price. So you lose the offer but you'll not lose your money.

But I'd ask anyways as my only source for this is online forums info.

It depends on who you talk to. Some members posted that they were able to get refunds on the last promo.

Thanks for the replies. I called and got a noncommittal answer. I guess I'll get them and the we have to go :) . Can't let them go to waste!

I have not heard of anyone who got a refund. I have heard that you could apply the purchase price to another ticket option.

I could have gotten a refund on the last round of DVC Premium AP vouchers. I wasn't sure that my son was going to be able to use the voucher that I purchased for him. When I called Disney ticketing, the girl was ready to give me my money back, but I ended up keeping the voucher.

I think it is just luck of the draw as to who you talk to on the phone - like it is luck of the draw who helps you at guest services in the parks. Some CM's are much more helpful and accommodating than others :)
