Looking at booking at my home resort at the 11 month window. Is it still policy that you can book up to 7 nights past the date as long as it is the same reservation?

For example if I am looking to book next year for Oct 13 then can I book up to one week for the reservation today

Yes, today you could make a Home Resort reservation for dates from October 13 thru October 19 or earlier - based on availability. Unless you do reserve the 13th thru the 18th you would not be able to reserve the 19th until November 19.
