DVC Points renting question

I am planning to take my family to WDW from Sept 28 - Oct 6 (8 nights). What I'm wanting to do is stay at AS Movies from Sept 28 - 30, and rent points for a studio at OKW for Oct 1 - 6, as they are weekdays, and the points requiremnets are very resonable. I am wanting to have the DDP, and park hopper & water park tickets for the enitre 8 days. How would this work. Obvioulsy I could add DDP for my 3 nights at AS movies, and buy an 8 day water park hopper ticket at the same time, but how would I add DDP to my DVC rental??

Tell the owner that you are renting from that you want the Dining Plan added to your ressie. You will pay for it when you check into your DVC resort. With your scenario, you would continue using your All Star room keys for theme park admission. Your OKW room keys would have the dining plan for the OKW portion of your stay. Basically, you'll be carry two sets of room keys. One for park admission, and for dining plan and room key at OKW.
