DVC Planning Program

Does anyone have a link to the DVC Planning Program that one of the DISers wrote? I believe it was Caskbill. Please correct me if I'm wrong. My computer just got upgraded at work and I lost all of my programs that I had on the old computer and links as well.

Speaking of that, wasn't there an online planning app too?

It is a great program. I was already getting withdrawls not being able to plan out trips I DON'T have enough points or vacation for.

LOL, me too. I have hypothetical trips in 2010 all worked out already... nope, not the least bit addicted.
