According to the rules, your board does have to be labeled "Share Your Memories". Upload your pics to it. Then share the URL with the contest website by the deadline.

Must be the sole, exclusive and original work of the Entrant and must not contain
images or artwork, music, quotes, parodies or other materials not created by
Entrant;
" Must not in any way contain any logos, brand names or trademarks other than
Sponsors, which Sponsor has granted Entrant a limited license to use for purposes
of this Promotion as set forth in Section 6 of these Rules;

This tells me the pictures have to be yours only and cannot contain anyone in the pic (that is recognizable) that you don't have permission from. That to me means that if there are people in the background that you can't really make out their faces, you wouldn't need their permission. Just the "recognizable" ones.

Also no branding. So you can't take a picture of your family in front of the new Starbucks sign and submit, for example.

Since the work has to be your own, I don't think you could use a photopass photo either.

It seems simple really. Take your pictures, upload, enter.

Thanks. That's kind of what I thought too. As I've googled though, I've noticed some boards that had links to other sites instead of just personal pictures. Since that's how Pinterest generally works (pinning links to things you want to remember), it makes sense that some people did that. I just have personal pictures on mine, but I could add links to other websites if I need too. I was just wanting someone else's take on it. It seems like you are reading it the same way I did though. Thanks!

I'm going to assume that those people will either have to remove those links or they will be disqualified. It says clearly in the rules to upload YOUR pictures only. Just a guess.
