DVC perk wish list...

They could offer it in a way that would encourage weekend stays or extended stays.

I've often thought using points for airline tickets would be wonderful!

2) Dining discounts strictly for DVC members (25% possibly)
3) Specially designated viewing areas for parades, shows
4) Free Valet parking
5) DVC fast passes three per day per person
6) Dining plan discount
7) Ticket discounts on regular tickets (non annual passes)
8) Airline specials for DVC
9) Extra shampoo
10) 1 million dollars
11) A PONY
12 Earlier booking window for ADR's

I would like to have more than 2 active waitlists. I have 13 DVC reservations coming up. Not all different trips, multiple trips with multiple rooms. There are some holes in my January stay that I can't book yet, but would like to have the option of waitlisting for what I would really like.

I think this should be by points too.. IE 2 wait lists for 160 points is reasonable.. maybe even offer none under 100 points except at home resort or somthing. But if you have 500 points 5 wait lists should be an easy win.

From a person living in hawaii I would like to see an AP discounrt for renewals also. You only get the $20 when you buy an AP but none for renewals. I also go to Disneyland for 10-14 days when we go to the continental US. How about some FP for everyday of stay. That would cost DVD nothing to implement. How about a small reserved section for shows and World of Color for DVC members. Such things are already implemented for VIP and would not cost much if anything for DVD to implement.

OK, this isn't actually an additional perk, BUT... I'd like to see the DVC discount for Disney perks (restaurants, etc) automatically come up when you use your room card, and not have to ask for it. Every time we went to a restaurant this past week where we were eligible for a discount, we had to have the waiter refigure the bill, which wastes paper and time, and I'm sure it's frustrating to them. I know it is to me as a DVC member. And yes, we did mention we were DVC members upon check in at the restaurants.

With the coming of wireless that eliminates one of my wishes.

It would be nice to have somewhere besides Turtle Pond and the Hospitality House to refill the bottomless mugs...

The more things we can come up with that will result in more sales and profits for Disney as well as be a benefit for us DVC members the greater the possibility of one or more of these wishes coming true

Discounts on any Special event like MNSSHP or MVMCP not just 4 dates to choose from.
1 free Family Portrait using any Photopass person in the parks to either be printed out or allow you to choose 1 from online for free.
Bring back the AP lounge in Epcot but make it for DVC members.

Maybe 1 all-purpose fast-pass for everybody in your party upon check in? This wouldn't cost them anything, would bring some smiles, could be for anybody staying on-site ...
The DLR hotels (including VGC) are giving 2 passes this summer for those staying on-site to entice them for the new rides (Star Tours & Little Mermaid). This is especially great since LM doesn't have a FP dispenser. Unfortunately it ends a few weeks before my stay, but if they extended this to whenever there were new attractions ... I'd probably have to start adding more nights/split stays to get more passes.

I agree with all of the above. When you get a MYW package, you get coupons to all sorts of things. It kind of hurt not getting them this time with our first DVC trip.

What if DVC engaged an airline with national reach (such as Southwest, United, Frontier, etc) and offered the title of "Official airline of the Disney Vacation Club" for a significant discount for members on their current economy priced tickets (maybe 35-40% to a Disney location and 15% off other destinations).

The advertising would be a boon for the airline's marketing team (cause it says "Disney"), WDW would get more frequent visits by members (which equals more park, restaurant, and shopping time), and we get cheaper airline tickets! It may also entice DVC members to frequent fly that airline, too.

How awesome!!!!!
