DVC parking on cash stay

Question about parking and I’ve seen different answers so thought I’d come here. We are staying at RIV as cash stay for 2 nights next month before attending a conference . We are new DVC members but using our points in December. Even though not staying on points, will we pay for parking at RIV?

Members will not be charged for standard overnight self-parking when staying in a Disney Vacation Club Deluxe Villa at Walt Disney World Resort, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort or Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, regardless of whether they use Vacation Points or another form of payment. Members also will not be charged to park when using Reservation Points to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Be aware that sometime they will add it but just go to the front desk and let them know you are a DVC owner. It will be removed.
