DVC Paperwork

There is alot of paperwork to fill out and alot of legal words.
Is there anything I have to worry about? Can I just sign them
and send back? All the terms of the purchase and loan are fine..
Do I need a lawyer to review?

Only you can determine your comfort level with your ability to read and understand all the language of the DVC contract. If you don't like things you see, I would suggest having a lawyer look at it to ease your mind.

I can tell you that many people, myself included, looked through the document carefully and signed it. It's not like you can change anything in it....I'm sure.

The main reason to read it carefully is to make sure you understand the difference between what the sales people tell you and what DVD is contractually obligated to provide.

For instance, pool hopping to most pools is allowed, but not contractually guaranteed.

Finally decided on a OKW 400pt resale and should be receiving the contract today.

Other than confirming price, points and maintenance fees to be paid. Is there any legalese to look out for?

Is the contract "cookie-cutter" and therefore not very changeable?
