:confused3 How soon do I need to call the phone number on the DVC site to order my annual passes?

We are leaving December 18th and I wasn't sure if I could just call and order them and I could pick them up at a designated spot or if they have to mail a certificate to me.

Please advise -quickly!

If you call they will give you a confirmation number that you can give to any of the guest services people at the parks or DTD and get your passes when you arrive. I have done that and have also had them send the vouchers. They may tell you there is not enough time to send them. Just make certain you have that confirmation number when you go to the guest services desk as well as your DVC ID and photo IDs. You can also just go to the guest service desk and buy them when you get there. We did that in September because we had a one day ticket to apply to the one we purchased for my husband. We did get our DVC discount with all three methods and had to show the blue card when we picked them up.

You can also just go to the quest Services window, show your member id and they can issue the passes. we did this afew years ago at the international gateway at Epcot. Our passes expire 2 days into our trip next month and the night before, we go over and renew.

There really isn't a need to buy your DVC AP before you go. Just bring you blue DVC member card and buy your AP at any park ticket or guest services window.

I wouldn't bother pre-ordering, just buy them when you get there. There was just a rate increase at the beginning of August, so there will not be another one by next month.

Even if you pre-order them, you still have to go to a window to activate them, so the time savings is very little.
