DVC Online Booking issues today

Heads up...DVC is having system issues today. I cancelled a reservation on holding points & the holding points were never returned to my account. The reservation shows cancelled on my end but DVC side shows the reservation still active although the room has been released according to online booking. DVC sent the issue to IT and my holding points won't be returned until IT resolves the issue which is supposed to be in a few hours. Ugh

Now, all booking is down. online & member services until 5pm.

Instead of Disney magic, it's more like Disney crap. I never thought that Disney was such a poorly run company. :-(
