Is there a way to go online and find out how many pts you have? I have my paswords but can't seem to get through  I guess I would keep trying if I knew there was a way to look up my acct. Thanks, Kim

Go to DVCmember.com. Put in your pasword and then when it brings up the DVC home page click on My DVC or something like that. I'll try it now and add to this post.

Well, I'm of no help. I changed my email recently and updated it on the member website as well as updated my annual dues payment account. Now it says since this is my first time visiting that I need my account number and pin. The pin they sent way back in the mail that you only needed the first time logging on. No wonder people get frustrated with this site. :furious:

It isn't my first time visiting, so frustrating.

Now what??????? Call MS??????

I have been having trouble with the DVC website for a few months now. I had the login page bookmarked, but everytime I would try to go to the login page I would automatically get redirected to the "this is the first time you have visited..." site. What I have found to work, is to go the regular WDW website and login there. Then when I would click on my bookmark, it would take me directly to DVC site (already logged in). This is a little bit of a pain, but at least I can get on now. I had contacted MS when I first started having problems, but they were not much help.

Try your user name instead of your email address. I did this, and have had no more problems logging in since.

I haven't had any issues with the log in but it does seem counter productive to use email for reservation requests. They need an IM type of system or actual computer reservations like most hotels

Don't hold your breath with that. :rotfl:

To be fair, DVC is far more complicated than a simple hotel reservation.
