DVC on-line check in ?

I am staying at a DVC resort next week. When I try to do on-line check in, I keep getting this message:

"The information provided does not match our records. Please try again or call (800) ********. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number.
"

I follow the link that the WDW wedsite says to click to check in and all the info is there, name, conf #, check in date.

Anyone else have this happen?

Is your res. segmented? I called and they said that I couldn't do online check in because of this.

that is likely the problem. the same happened to us.

Since this is a DVC-reservation-specific question, I'm going to move it to the DVC-Operations board.

I have two back to back reservations (different resorts) and have the same problem. I am told that it is a limitation of the system. Essentially it cannot handle DVC reservations for more than one room (or I am told for segmented reservations).

Unfortunately the system still offers it as if it actually works!

Doing a split reservation is a nightmare, especially if you want to make adr's because you can't make them for the length of your stay.
