If the 10% figure you are quoting is based on 10 responses out of 100 responses, but was based on trip experiences over the past 12 years, the actual number of dissatisfied members is probably more likely to be .01%, since many of those who indicated a dissatisfaction have also had many other trips without any problem and the 90% who reported no problems have collectively had hundreds of such trips.
