Is their a website that you can purchase? If not, how do you go about ordering items??

There is no website. You can call the main WDW mail order number. I don't have it handy at the moment, but you can probably find it on the internet. I think the last 4 digits are 6200.

Or go on a disney cruise! I got baseball hats, a portfolio with a notepad, pins, luggage tags, lanyard and prob other stuff i dont remember. On the fantasy every day if you go by the dvc desk they had a little dvc treat.

They can go to a DVC resort for you and purchase what you want... You just have to know what it is you want. Or maybe they can tell you what's available? They seem to know merchandise very well.
